No. None of our products contain palm oil, trans fats, glucose-fructose syrup, or chemical preservatives. Texture and spreadability are achieved exclusively through pure cocoa butter and the natural oils of Black Sea hazelnuts.
Which brands are available for direct online purchase?
Brands available directly through our online store are Dolce Dolci, Dolce Dolci Rochella, Biel, and sample collections for PL (Private Label). Lucella and Chocolovita brands are distributed through wholesale and export agreements.
How do you prevent chocolate and spreads from melting during shipment?
All orders are packed in thermally insulated styrofoam containers with food-safe cooling gel packs, ensuring melted-free cold-chain delivery across all 81 provinces.
Can we commission contract manufacturing (Private Label) for our brand?
Yes. Our Aydin Nazilli Guzelkoy Integrated Facilities formulate and produce custom hazelnut spreads (20% to 50% hazelnut) and pure cocoa butter confectionery for supermarket chains, hotel groups, and gourmet brands.
How are food safety and laboratory inspections conducted at your facilities?
Our integrated facility houses ball mills and stone conches. Every production lot is tested in our accredited on-site laboratory for micron size, viscosity, and microbiology, traceable by lot number.
What are the delivery terms and wholesale shipping conditions?
All online orders of 500 ₺ and above include complimentary insulated cold-chain shipping. For corporate wholesale orders, palletized refrigerated logistics are coordinated directly by our logistics department.
