Distance Sales Agreement
Article 1 – Parties

BUYER: The consumer or corporate purchaser placing an order through the digital platform.
Article 2 – Subject Matter
This agreement governs the terms and conditions regarding the electronic sale and delivery of food products ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER's website under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Article 3 – Delivery & Performance
Products are packaged in food-grade protective thermal cartons and delivered to the shipping address specified in the BUYER's order form.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal and Food Product Exceptions
Pursuant to consumer protection regulations regarding Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for perishable food items or products whose hygienic seals, protective bands, or factory packaging have been unsealed post-delivery.
Damaged or Broken Deliveries
If an item is delivered with shipping damage, fractured glass, or broken tamper-evident seals, the BUYER should immediately forward photographic evidence to info@ozdenglobal.com or our helpline at +90 532 695 63 70. A complimentary replacement will be dispatched promptly.
